Tim came to our home on two (2) calls one being an emergency. He did excellent work and was there when we needed him. One instance was a water heater and the other an emergency with an overflow. He is completely trustworthy and did the job well. No problems or issues with his work.

Excellent service! Called on a Sunday evening due to toilets backing up. Tim answered quickly and was at my parents house in North Hollywood in less than 45 minutes.
